We are returning to Thailand February 7-17, 2025. The Lord continues to open new opportunities to reach this nation with the Gospel. Thailand is open to missionaries today but only one percent of the population are Christians! We see this both as a challenge and an opportunity.
Our base during this trip will be Chang Rai, a beautiful city in Northern Thailand. From there you will travel to remote villages in the mountains to share the Gospel among the “hill tribes”, the minority groups that migrated to Thailand from neighboring Laos, Myanmar and other countries fleeing war, unrest and poverty. Their illegal status does not allow them to get well paying jobs, their children often are unable to attend schools and they have no access to medical care or other social services.
You will participate in evangelistic outreaches in the villages, including hosting a free medical clinic, distributing food and clothing, Bibles and Gospel tracts and reading glasses.
You’ll also visit a local prison that is under the patronage of the Princess of Thailand where we will minister to a group of prisoners who are due to be released soon. These men are in great need of a personal relationship with Jesus as re-entering society, staying clean and avoiding getting involved again with things that could send them back to prison will be a great challenge. We will be there to encourage them and tell them that God loves them despite their past and that He wants to be there with them every step of the way helping them as they begin their new life.
We need prayer warriors, those who have a gift of counseling, children’s ministers, evangelists and medical professionals on the team.

I have traveled with WMA since September 2011. They are very organized, but are open to the move of the Holy Spirit. It is apparent that the mission of WMA is the "Great Commission". The day I came home from Ireland was the day the Lord told me I was going to Lebanon! So far it has been my favorite trip. He told me it was an act of obedience and if I went He would take care of my daughter. Great blessings were given during this trip and a greater blessing when I got home!
